Again, the dimensions are stated as length x width, as per official
specifications, rather than width x length as practiced in the West.
It should be noted however that the official specifications give the
dimensions in Yingzhochi (營造尺, "Architect's Foot"), used in China
until 1929, in which one chi ("foot") equals 32cms. The dimensions
have been converted to centimeters for the specifications below.

70.4cm). Above it is a red tassel (22.4cm long). Flagpole: red, 256cm
